Our Promise

We want you to be obsessed with every cheek tint, lip color, and set you snag from ttk4sup.com. If you’re not totally vibing with your purchase, we’re here to make it right with a simple return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to send back your items.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging—basically, just as they arrived at your door.
  • What’s Covered: This applies to all our goodies—cosmetics, merch, and sets.

How to Return an Item

  1. Reach Out: Shoot us an email at ttk4sup@dakozone.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning.
  2. Get Instructions: We’ll reply with a return address and any details you’ll need to ship it back.
  3. Send It Back: Pack up your items securely and ship them to us within the 30-day window. (Heads up: you’ll cover the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.)
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know it’s all good.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: After we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • How You’ll Get It: Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe—our secure payment partner. (Note: It might take a few extra days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.)
  • What You’ll Get: We’ll refund the full product price. Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we messed up the order.

Exchanges

Rather swap than refund? If you’d like a different product instead, let us know in your return email. We’ll hook you up with an exchange as long as the item’s in stock. You’ll just cover any shipping for the new goodies heading your way.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Oops, our bad! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ttk4sup@dakozone.com or +1 (817) 510-7485. We’ll cover the return shipping and get the right stuff sent out pronto—no hassle.
